Longisa County Referral Hospital has become the first public hospital in the South Rift to do total knee replacement operation and the fourth one in the country after KNH, MTRH and Nakuru Provincial Hospital.
Governor Isaac Ruto was at the facility to witness the operation that was led by Dr Isaac Birech.
