Floods affected families in Cheptebes village in Sigor ward, Thursday, received food stuff from the county government.
Governor Barchok assured the 31 affected families in the area that they will receive food stuff and iron sheets to rebuild their houses through our disaster management unit in the county.
Governor Dr Hillary Barchok , Tuesday, visited affected households displaced by floods following heavy rains that pounded on the area over the weekend destroying bridges, several houses and crops of unknown value.
He appealed to the people living in flooding prone areas to move to safer grounds.
