Chepitet-Kapsio Dip in Mutarakwa Ward, Bomet Central has joined the list of cattle dips that are complete and operational in Bomet. Commissioning the dip, Governor Dr Hillary Barchok said that his administration has embarked on a strategic mission to revive all the cattle dips while constructing new ones in a bid to improve the milk production in our county.“Farmers should take advantage of the cattle dips to practice dairy farming since it has huge returns and dairy products have readily available market. Chebunyo Milk processing plant will come in handy in improving the economic fortunes of farmers in Bomet.” Dr Barchok said During the event, a total of 650 cattle enjoyed the “bathe”.
