- Coordinate in consultation with HR the Industrial attachments and volunteer services.
- Management of County Government shared support services.
- Spearhead the County public service research, development and public service delivery innovations.
- In Consultation with HR and Authorized Officers develop various county public service career planning, progression and development.
- Formulation of Counselling Policy and service.
- Operational Standards and Process Re/Engineering.

- Disaster and Emergency Response management and Coordination
- Coordinate the county special programmes
- Coordinate implementation of flagship projects
- Coordinate cross county projects and programmes e.g. LREB
- Mobilize the Governor’s legacy-based inter-departmental projects and programmes
- Facilitate the accounting and authorised functions in the Governors and Deputy Governor’s Office
