Hon. Rosa Chepngetich, the current CECM for Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, and Cooperative in the County Government of Bomet,  was born in 1972 in Kericho County. Her educational journey started at Liloch Primary School (1978-1985) and continued at Sosiot Girls high school (1986-1990). Hon. Rosa graduated in 1996 from Kenyatta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Business, attaining second-class honors upper division.

Expanding her skills, Hon. Rosa obtained a CPA and a Diploma in Marketing Management. Her professional journey began at Kimbilio Daima Sacco in 1999, where she rose from Cashier to General Manager, serving as CEO from 2011 to 2020.

In 2020, Hon. Rosa joined The County Government of Bomet as the CECM for Cooperatives before assuming her current role. Beyond her professional dedication, Hon. Rosa is a devoted spouse and follows the Christian faith, making her CECM journey a story of resilience and commitment to Bomet County’s development.
