The Bomet ECDE school feeding program has kicked off in earnest as pupils report back to school for the second term after a two-week hiatus as a result of the heavy rains experienced across the country.

The department of education officers at the ward level have received the consignment of milk deliveries this morning from KCC ahead of distribution to all ECDE centers.

County Government of Bomet under the leadership of Governor Prof. Hillary Barchok is committed to ensuring our ECDE learners have one of the best learning environments which has been realized through construction of modern ECDE classrooms and pit latrines, employment of ECDE teachers on PNP, provision of teaching and learning materials, and provision of milk two days every week.
