The County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Education and Vocational Training, Hon. Agnes Ngeno, this morning received a delegation from the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) at her office.

The delegation, led by Ms. Mary Munyi, is in Bomet County to conduct a quality audit exercise in selected Vocational Training Centres (VTCs).

The audit will be carried out in 15 sampled VTCs and aims to ensure that the courses offered in the institutions are aligned with TVETA requirements and national training standards.

Also present during the meeting were the Chief Officer for Education and Vocational Training, Dr. John Keter, and the Director of Vocational Training.
