Healthcare workers in Bomet County have a reason to smile following the county government’s move to effect promotions that have been pending for as long as 2016.
Addressing the press at Longisa Hospital earlier this week, CO Health Services Felix Lang’at said that over 300 medics from across the cadres had been promoted, adding that his department looks forward to promoting even more staff, going forward.
“Governor Prof. Hillary Barchok’s administration is keen on motivating and facilitating our medics to enable them discharge their duties effectively”, added the CO.
He further called on the healthcare staff to reciprocate the good gesture from the county government by serving the people of Bomet with utmost professionalism and diligence.
Those promoted have already picked their letters of promotion.
