  • Head of County Treasury;
  • Management of the County Government Public finances;
  • County Debt Management;
  • Accounting services;
  • Internal audit services;
  • Consolidating the Annual appropriation accounts and other financial statements;
  • Issuance of circular in respect to financial matters;
  • Appointment of Statutory fund administrators;
  • Concurrence on availability of funds for recruitment and austerity measures;
  • County Pensions Policy Management;
  • County investment oversight;
  • Custodian of county assets and property register;
  • Public Procurement & Asset Disposal;
  • Car Loan and Mortgage Management;
  • County investment policy and management (County Resources & Funds);
  • Coordinate with National Treasury on implementation of IFMIS and Payment System;
  • Insurance services;
  • Resource Mobilization;
  • Coordinate and Manage Revenue Collection;
  • Business Registration Services;
Any other function assigned by the Governor or by Law

  • Monitoring and Evaluation;
  • County Statistics Management;
  • Coordination of Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Vision 2030 Goals in County;

  • Offer advisory on ICT matters;
  • Automation of all County services in order to provide enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery;
  • Reduction of digital divide;
  • Any other function assigned by the Governor or by Law
